Owing to public demand we are now Drop shipping certain products for individual buyers who do not have the need or capacity to buy in bulk quantities.
MAKING A PURCHASE
We aim to keep buying as simple as possible. Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalogue, and click on any items that are available for online purchase and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.
Ordering and Payment.
We accept credit card payment via PayPal. Once your purchase and payment is confirmed your order will be shipped to you without delay.
Please take note of these terms and conditions when placing an order.
Stock availability is subject to changes without prior notice. Hence, we reserve the right to reject and refuse orders that we cannot fulfill due to shortage or unavailability of stock. .
Standard order process time is 2-3 days for products that does not have any specific colors request or language preference.
If you have included special request for color options or english keypad, it may take up to 5 days for your orders to be processed as sometimes the requested specs are not available which means we will need to take some times to source the products for you.
Therefore, it would be best to not to include any specification if you wish to process the order as promptly as possible.
Product Specs
If resellers place orders with us without specifying the color of the phones, we will normally ship out based on the current available color (which may sometimes be different from the color displayed in our product images).
Products with Logo
Certain mobile phones models may come with operator logo from time to time due to various source of supply from our shipping centers. Therefore, if at the time of your order, the products come with operator logo, we will proceed to ship the order without further notification. .
You can however stated in the order note that no operator logo is accepted so that our order dept will take note of this and advise you accordingly.
Pls take note of the prolonged order processing time for those special request. Otherwise, we shall assume that all orders will be processed as usual. Our Cut off Time for processing your orders is 3pm our time (GMT+0). In other words, if we received your payment before 3pm GMT, we will process your order within the same day but for payment received after 3pm GMT, will be deemed as next day orders. The same rules apply for orders with special request.
Changes in prices are also subject to change without prior notice due to market price and stock volatility. Nevertheless, under normal circumstances, we will use the prices as displayed on our website to fulfill all orders.
Order Process
Fulfilling your orders may take up to 3 working days before a tracking number is made available to you. Normally, we ship out your orders within 1 to 2 working days upon payment received. (Working days: Monday to Friday). If we are not able to ship your order after 3 days due to stock shortage issue, we will advise you by email on the replacement model after the 3 days period as we are trying to get the stocks from all sources we can. Kindly be informed that we will only ship out your orders once the payment has been settled.

We try to ensure that all details (including prices) displayed on this web site are correct and up to date We update this web site as frequently as possible. You must ensure that, prior to placing an order, you have checked all relevant details about the products and/or services you have selected, as those may have changed since you last visited this web site.
All products and/or services displayed on this web site are subject to availability. We will advise you if a product or service is unavailable. If a price is corrected due to exceptional circumstances, we will inform you as soon as possible and provide you with the option of either cancelling the order or to continue with the order at the corrected price.
Cancellation of Order / Returns
In the event that you need to cancel or return the products, please inform us as soon as possible for cancellation of order, If you would like to cancel your order after delivery - simply contact Top electronics Direct via the (Contact Us section) and a representative will provide you with further instructions of our returns procedure.
(YOU MUST FIRST RECEIVE AUTHORISATION TO RETURN AN ITEM) - any items received at our offices without prior authorisation will be returned back to the customer at their expense.

No additional fees will be charged for cancellation of order that has not been processed (excluding high end model above UKŁ500).
For any goods returned, Top electronics Direct must be notified within seven days .
Refunds will be processed within 3 to 14 days of receipt of returned goods
Title.
Legal and beneficial title to goods shall remain with Top electronics Direct until payment is made in full. All risk shall then pass to the buyer.
DELIVERY SCHEDULE
Deliveries within the UK will normally take 3-14 working days from an order being placed (if not earlier), unless goods are out of stock, in which case we will contact you directly. IMPORT DUTIES/TAX INSURANCE
Many people are uncertain about why import duties are levied on products that they buy online.
Customs duties are totally beyond our control and it depends on each country’s import regulations.
For all international orders, customers are responsible for the customs and import duties* .
We do not charge taxes on shipments to any state or country!!.
However, YOUR COUNTRY MAY CHARGE YOU TAXES, Duties and fees over which we have no control.
Goods will be taxed according to local taxes. For more details, please contact the customs department of your province/state/country.
LATEST UPDATE:
Owing to recent incidents of "charge-backs" imposed upon us by PayPal resulting from their inability to SCREEN fraudulent transactions in good time, we have no choice but to extend our delivery period (usually 2-3 days) to 7-14 days.
All parcels are despatched through courier "signed for" service.
Delivery to overseas customers may take slightly longer, depending on the destination. Orders will only be shipped upon receipt of courier charges. This will be advised once the order quantity is known (volumetric weight) and a separate Invoice will be e-mailed to you for payment via PayPal. Buyers are responsible for any Import Duty or other taxes that may be levied by their respective countries. The courier will usually collect this before delivery is made.
BACK ORDERS
Back order will be accepted and shipped once they come into stock. In the event of a protracted delay a refund will be made.
WARRANTY
All Mobile Phones at Top electronics Direct, carry 1 year UK/Euro manufacturer's warranty unless specified otherwise.
You will be required to send back the defaulted unit to the manufacturer's NOT TO US along with the warranty documents. Warranty is void if you purchase from outside of the UK/EU, however for some country you can claim for service at respective mobile phone repairing centre.
Caveat Emptor
It is hereby expressly understood that any and all purchases made from our website as being in acceptance of the above Terms and Conditions. The buyer alone is responsible if dissatisfied.
